About the role
Carry out electrical installations, panel terminations and fault finding for MEP projects and maintenance contracts.
Working under the site electrical supervisor, you will install and maintain LV electrical systems for buildings under construction and under annual maintenance contracts.
Responsibilities
- Install cable trays, conduits, wiring and light fittings as per drawings
- Terminate and test distribution boards, panels and control circuits
- Carry out preventive maintenance and respond to breakdown calls
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results
- Work safely in live and isolated environments under permit to work
Requirements
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering
- 2 to 4 years of electrical installation experience on building projects
- Ability to read single line diagrams and wiring schematics
- Knowledge of testing instruments and insulation resistance testing
- Valid QID with transferable sponsorship
