Project Overview
MEP works across a mixed-use development with retail units at podium level and office space above, delivered as a coordinated package with the main contractor. Retail units were handed over with individual metering and isolation, allowing tenants to fit out independently without affecting neighbouring units.

- Chilled water HVAC and ventilation
- Tenant metering and LV distribution
- Retail and common-area lighting
- Plumbing, drainage and sanitary works
- Firefighting and fire alarm coordination
- Testing, commissioning and authority documentation
