Project Overview
MEP package for a high-rise residential tower comprising chilled water air conditioning, electrical distribution, plumbing and drainage, and firefighting systems across 22 floors and a shared podium. The scope required close coordination with the structural and façade packages, with plant-room layouts resolved early to protect ceiling heights in the apartment levels and to keep risers accessible for future maintenance.

- Chilled water HVAC installation and ductwork
- FCU and fresh air unit installation
- LV distribution, containment and lighting
- Water supply, drainage and sanitary installations
